What areas do you cover?+
We operate in Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Toronto and the surrounding GTA. Outside those zones? Contact HQ and we'll arrange deployment.
How fast is delivery?+
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Tactical and Special Ops packages include priority same-day options when booked before noon.
Do you offer virtual staging?+
Yes. Elite Spy Members get unlimited free virtual staging; otherwise it's included from the Special Ops package or available à la carte.
Can I reschedule a shoot?+
Absolutely — give us 24 hours notice and we'll re-deploy at no charge. Weather-related drone delays are always rescheduled free.
How do I become an Elite Spy Member?+
Top-producing teams and agents qualify for our Elite tier. Apply through the Members Only portal and our recruitment team will review your clearance.
